This project also had a skin of brickwork to give it a new build feel, with a new re- tiled roof finished off in manmade tiles.
The external landscaping was finished off with a Indian paving works to the side and rear, with a cobbled patterned concrete drive way with electric sliding entrance gates. To the rear, the garden was finished off wite a summer house / tool store and a Koi pond with waterfall feature.
